By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the First Umrah mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the App immediately.

First Umrah is designed as an educational and procedural companion to assist Muslims in learning and tracking the rites of Umrah according to the Quran and authentic Sunnah. While every effort is made to maintain scholarly accuracy, this App does not substitute personal Fatwas or rulings from certified Islamic scholars. In cases of individual ritual doubts, medical exemptions, or complex pilgrimage questions, pilgrims are advised to consult qualified scholars or the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques.

Users may use First Umrah as an anonymous Guest or connect a Google Account to enable cross-device cloud synchronization. You are responsible for safeguarding your device access and Google credentials. SharoidTech is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised user devices.

Prayer timings and Qibla calculations rely on device GPS sensors and astronomical formulas. While highly accurate, variations may occur due to local horizon topography, elevation, daylight saving transitions, or geomagnetic interference. Users are encouraged to verify prayer start times against local mosque Azans.

All original user interface designs, logos, custom iconography, radar visualizers, animations, and software code are the intellectual property of SharoidTech Mobile & AI App Development. Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App. • Use the App for commercial resale or unauthorized third-party redistribution. • Interfere with server integrity or overload Firebase synchronization endpoints. • Modify, repackage, or distribute altered versions of the application.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SharoidTech provides the App on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. SharoidTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app usage, device battery depletion, or missed prayer alarms caused by aggressive OEM power-saving managers.

SharoidTech reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected within the App with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the App following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
